Product Profile of `l` Shaped Screen Filter
Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd offers `L` Shaped Screen Filter. All products of Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd are ISO-9001:2001 certified and Irrigation, Plastic Piping & Plastic Sheet division is ISO-14001:2004 certified. The `L` Shaped Screen Filter is known as Super Clean L. The `L` Shaped Screen Filter has the following features and specifications:
- Powder coated with 70 to 80 micron thick deep blue colored pure polyester from both inside and outside surface for protection against corrosion and weather effects
- `L` shaped body allows installation in angular fashion
- Tangential inlet prevents the tearing of stainless steel screen due to direct impact & abrasion of heavy particles
- Equipped with Smart-Clean, unique filtering element, to assure high performance and effective filtration
- L` Shaped Screen Filter is available in standard mesh of 100 micron size. Other mesh sizes are available on request.
- Flow direction from outside of the element to inside [Out to In]
- Slant drain valve position at the bottom facilitates effective flushing
- Three way valve assembly for easy monitoring of inlet and outlet pressure
- Maximum operating pressure 10 kg/cm² [142 psi]
- Pure polyester coated stand for support and proper installation of the filter available as optional
- Standard end connections are BSP male thread. Please specify for other end connections. [NPT male thread or Easy-Fix]
- On request, Super Clean filter can also be supplied with automatic flushing option
- Super Clean filter can also be supplied in stainless steel body
